Operations Assistant

Reports to: Operations Director

Hours: 10-20 hrs/week

We are looking for a highly organized, engaging and self-driven Operations Assistant. Our Operations Assistant will assist the Operations Director to create and maintain operational efficiencies on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. They will be responsible for updating existing processes and creating new processes as needed for the growth of the business. 


Process Documentation & Process Improvement 

  • Upkeep of current process documents

  • Create new processes as needed for the growth of the business

  • Document new processes

  • Duplicate processes for expansion/new locations

  • Liaison with the Community Manager and Operations Director to streamline the member on boarding process and exit plan

Research & Development 

  • Research industry trends and growth

  • Work with the Operations Director to scale the growth of the business

  • Assist Operations Director with an operations plan for possible expansion

  • Research new services and tools to improve processes and member experience


  • Assist the Operations Director with managing Member Relations Management tool (MRM/CRM)

  • Data entry

  • Assist the Operations Director with lease agreements and updating legal documents

  • Field billing and/or operations questions

  • Assist the Operations Director to create/manage department budgets

  • Assist the Operations Director with HR management

Community Engagement 

  • Attend all team meetings and/or retreats

  • Attend Happy hours and community events


  • Administrative and Operations experience required

  • Self starter who has the ability to work independently

  • Excellent people skills

  • Customer service minded

  • Forward thinking and not afraid of change or improvement

  • Detail-oriented, punctual, organized and friendly

  • Team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Knowledgable in business development

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
